Realme has officially confirmed the India launch date of the Realme C83 5G, with the new budget 5G smartphone scheduled to arrive on March 7 at 12pm. Alongside the announcement the company has revealed key specifications availability details and design highlights through its official website and e-commerce listings.
The handset will be available for purchase via Flipkart and the Realme India online store following its launch. It will be offered in two colour options Blooming Purple and Sprouting Green featuring a flat frame and flat rear panel design. The rear houses a rectangular camera module with a triple camera setup while the power and volume buttons are positioned along the right edge.
One of the standout features of the Realme C83 5G is its massive 7000mAh Titan Battery. Realme claims the device can deliver up to 27.7 hours of video playback 6.65 days of music playback 2.43 days of calling 15.6 hours of gaming and as much as 37 days of standby time on a single charge. The company also states that the battery is engineered to maintain long term health for up to six years.
The smartphone will support bypass charging and reverse wired charging adding extra convenience for users who need to power other devices. It is also confirmed to carry an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance along with MIL STD 810H certification for improved durability against shocks.
On the display front the Realme C83 5G will feature a screen with up to a 144Hz refresh rate promising smoother scrolling and enhanced gaming performance. While the processor details have not yet been disclosed the device is expected to target budget conscious buyers looking for large battery capacity durability and high refresh rate performance.
Reports suggest the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage could be priced at Rs 13499 while the 4GB 128GB version may cost Rs 14499. The top variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is tipped to be priced at Rs 17499. Official pricing will be confirmed at launch.
With a focus on battery endurance smooth display performance and durable design the Realme C83 5G aims to strengthen Realme’s position in the competitive entry level 5G smartphone segment in India.
