Oppo has officially unveiled the Oppo Watch S at its October 2025 event in China, alongside the Oppo Find X9, Find X9 Pro, and Pad 5. The smartwatch comes with cutting-edge health and fitness tracking features, making it a versatile wearable for tech enthusiasts.
The Oppo Watch S features a circular AMOLED display with 1.46 inches size, 464×464 resolution, and 3,000 nits of peak brightness, ensuring clear visibility even in bright outdoor conditions. The stainless steel dial houses a crown and navigation button on the right side. The smartwatch weighs 35 grams and runs ColorOS Watch 7.1 on the BES2800BP chipset, paired with 4GB of storage.
Health tracking is a major highlight of the Oppo Watch S. It comes equipped with a 16-channel SpO2 sensor, ECG sensor, eight-channel heart rate sensor, and a wrist temperature sensor. Users can monitor sleep quality, snoring, SpO2 levels, heart rate, daily activity, menstrual cycles, and receive fall detection alerts. The watch supports over 100 sports modes including running, swimming, walking, cycling, and rowing, along with AI sports coaching features.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, BeiDou, dual-band GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, NFC, and OZSS. It is compatible with devices running Android 10+ and iOS 14+. Additional sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, air pressure sensor, and ambient light sensor.
The Oppo Watch S houses a 339mAh battery, delivering up to 10 days of battery life, or seven days under regular use and four days with the always-on display enabled. Charging from 0 to 100% takes about 90 minutes, and a 10-minute quick charge provides up to 24 hours of usage. The device is 5ATM + IP68 certified for dust and water resistance, with dimensions of 44.98×44.98×8.9mm.
The smartwatch is available for pre-order in China in three color options: Rhythm Silver and Racing Black priced at CNY 1,299 (approx Rs. 16,000), and Vibrant Green Field with a cloth strap at CNY 1,499 (approx Rs. 18,500). The sale begins October 22, 2025 via Oppo’s online store.
