The upcoming Poco X8 Pro Series is expected to launch in India later this month, and new information about the devices is already creating excitement among smartphone fans. The lineup will reportedly include two models — the Poco X8 Pro 5G and the Poco X8 Pro Max 5G — both of which will be available for purchase through Flipkart.
The smartphone brand Poco recently hinted at a special themed device that appears to be an Iron Man Edition of the Poco X8 Pro series. Promotional teasers shared online suggest that the limited edition model will feature design elements inspired by the iconic Marvel superhero Iron Man.
Images circulating online show the smartphone with a distinctive Iron Man emblem on the rear panel along with a Stark Industries logo. The handset appears in a sleek black finish with the Poco logo placed near the top corner. Reports also suggest that the device could arrive in a customised retail box that includes themed accessories such as a special protective case.
Expected Price of Poco X8 Pro Series in India
According to recent leaks from industry tipsters the Poco X8 Pro Max 5G could launch in India with a starting price close to Rs 42000. Meanwhile the standard Poco X8 Pro 5G is expected to be priced around Rs 35000 for the base configuration.
If these estimates prove accurate the new lineup will represent a notable price increase compared to the previous generation Poco X7 Pro 5G, which debuted in India in early 2025 with a starting price of Rs 27999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model.
Key Specifications and Features
The Poco X8 Pro series is expected to bring major hardware upgrades. The Poco X8 Pro 5G may run on a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset paired with a large 6500mAh battery.
Meanwhile the higher end Poco X8 Pro Max 5G could feature a powerful 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor along with a massive 9000mAh battery that is claimed to deliver more than three days of battery life on a single charge.
Both smartphones are also expected to support 100W wired fast charging allowing users to power up their devices quickly.
The Poco X8 Pro lineup is reportedly scheduled to launch in India on March 17 and will be sold online through Flipkart once it becomes available.
