Ahead of an official announcement new leaks have revealed the expected price design details and core features of the earbuds suggesting they will be positioned as a more affordable alternative to the Redmi Buds 8 Lite. While Xiaomi has yet to confirm the information the leaked details give a clear picture of what buyers can expect from this entry-level TWS offering.
According to recent reports the Redmi Buds 8 Active will feature a semi in-ear open fit design paired with silicone ear tips for added comfort. The earbuds are expected to carry a familiar stem-style look similar to the Buds 8 Lite while the charging case is said to closely resemble the existing Lite variant. Colour options may include classic Black along with Blue and White finishes.
In terms of pricing the Redmi Buds 8 Active is tipped to launch at around EUR 19.99 making it cheaper than the Redmi Buds 8 Lite in most markets. Regional pricing may vary but the Active branding points toward a value-focused product aimed at budget-conscious users.
