Three Bros by Orfali Brothers Opens in Dubai Bringing Creative Global Flavours

Date:

The acclaimed Orfali brothers have unveiled their latest culinary venture, Three Bros, a 22-seater restaurant located next to the original Orfali Bros in Jumeirah’s Wasl 51. Combining playful creativity with refined technique, Three Bros is led by Mohamad Orfali overseeing the kitchen and dining experience, while Wassim and Omar handle pastry creations. The restaurant features 70’s-inspired décor, a storytelling menu, and inventive soft drink pairings.

Three Bros celebrates global cuisine without boundaries, merging Mediterranean simplicity, French gastronomy precision, and Syrian culinary traditions into a vibrant menu. Guests can enjoy unique dishes such as comté and celeriac croquettes, pizza-pide hybrids called ‘pidza’, morel chawanmushi, adobo chicken wings, gem and roquefort salad, and TNT patatas. Complementing the food are distinctive beverages like fermented white grape juice and olive oil drinks served in elegant glassware.

Dessert lovers are in for a treat with creations like the peanut and raspberry jam sando cake, adding a playful yet sophisticated touch to the meal. Despite being close to the Orfali Bros flagship, Three Bros offers a relaxed yet high-quality dining experience that blends charm, creativity, and serious culinary skill in the heart of Jumeirah.

Three Bros is open daily from noon to 6pm and 7pm to 11:30pm at Wasl 51, Jumeirah. Reservations and more information are available at threebros.ae or by calling 04 238 6677.
