Vivo has officially expanded its Y-series in India with the launch of two new smartphones — the Vivo Y31 Pro 5G and the Vivo Y31 5G. Announced on Monday, September 15, 2025, the new lineup promises powerful performance, long-lasting battery life, and advanced camera features, making them strong contenders in the mid-range smartphone market. Both models will be available in two stylish colourways and will go on sale through Flipkart, Vivo’s official website, and offline stores.
Vivo Y31 Series Price and Availability in India
The Vivo Y31 5G is priced at ₹14,999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model, while the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version is available for ₹16,499. It will be sold in Rose Red and Diamond Green colour options.
The Vivo Y31 Pro 5G starts at ₹18,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the higher 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option is priced at ₹20,999. Buyers can choose between Mocha Brown and Dreamy White finishes. Customers can also benefit from up to ₹1,500 instant cashback and zero-interest EMI plans via select bank cards.

It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset built on 4nm technology, paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The RAM can be virtually expanded by an additional 8GB.
The device features a triple rear camera system with a 50MP main lens and the same 8MP front camera as the standard Y31 5G. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and advanced navigation support. It also packs the same 6500mAh battery with 44W fast charging and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Pro model weighs between 204g to 208g depending on the colour option.
