Flavorful Coriander Burnt Garlic Rice Recipe

Enjoy a light and aromatic main course with this Coriander Burnt Garlic Rice, featuring fresh vegetables, eggs, and the rich taste of burnt garlic. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a summer meal and takes just 20 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 baby corn
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Chop the carrot, beans, and baby corn into small pieces.
  2. Boil one bowl of rice and keep it ready.
  3. Fry the eggs until golden and set aside.
  4. Finely chop garlic and sauté it with the chopped vegetables in refined oil until aromatic.
  5. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Pour in the fresh veggie broth and then add the cooked rice.
  7. Toss everything together on the pan until well combined.
  8. Garnish with burnt garlic and fresh coriander leaves before serving.
