Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Red chili flakes to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Prepare the eggs: Boil the eggs until fully cooked, then transfer them to cold water to cool. Peel the eggs once cooled.
