Dr. Patel explains that “chest breathing traps air and creates intra-abdominal pressure.” The fix? Practice diaphragmatic breathing, which involves inhaling deeply to let your belly rise and exhaling to allow it to fall. 2. Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
