OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch date for its upcoming mid-range smartphones, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 and OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite, in India. The new devices are scheduled to debut on May 7, 2026, at 12pm IST and will be available through Amazon.
The upcoming lineup will expand the Nord series, joining the already released OnePlus Nord 6. Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed several key features of the Nord CE 6, highlighting performance and display improvements.
The OnePlus Nord CE 6 will be powered by the advanced Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with an additional Touch Reflex chip for enhanced responsiveness. This dual chip setup is designed to deliver smoother multitasking and improved gaming performance.
In terms of display, the smartphone is expected to feature a 6.78 inch screen with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, supporting ultra smooth visuals. It will also offer up to 144fps gaming in selected titles along with a 3200Hz touch sampling rate for faster input response.
Battery performance is another highlight, with the device equipped with a massive 8000mAh battery supported by 80W fast charging. The company claims this setup can provide more than two days of usage on a single charge. Additional features include bypass charging and reverse wired charging support.
The handset is also designed with durability in mind, offering multiple water and dust resistance certifications along with military grade durability standards.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite marks the return of the Lite variant after a gap of two years and will be available in fresh new color options. Both models are expected to deliver strong performance in the mid range segment.
