Vivo is reportedly preparing to introduce its new X series smartphone the Vivo X300 FE in the Indian market, following its earlier global debut. While the company has not officially confirmed the launch, recent leaks suggest that the device could arrive in India as early as the first week of May 2026.
According to industry sources, the smartphone is likely to be offered in three colour options including black green and purple. Notably, a fresh green variant is expected to be introduced specifically for the Indian market, adding a new look compared to the shades available internationally.
The Vivo X300 FE has already been launched in select global regions and comes equipped with high-end specifications. It features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz delivering smooth visuals and an enhanced viewing experience.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor paired with 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and storage options going up to 512GB using UFS 4.1 technology. This combination is expected to deliver strong performance for gaming multitasking and everyday usage.
In terms of photography, the smartphone includes a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor an 8-megapixel ultra wide lens and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. For selfies and video calls users get a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
The phone is also built to be durable with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. It packs a large 6500mAh battery supporting 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging ensuring long-lasting usage with quick power top-ups.
Globally, the Vivo X300 FE runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 offering a modern and feature-rich user interface. The Indian variant is expected to retain similar software and hardware features.
Pricing details for India have not yet been officially announced, but based on global pricing the device could fall in the premium segment. More information including official confirmation and availability is likely to emerge in the coming weeks.
